Who we are
This website is run by Dixon's Auto Tech Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"), a mobile auto locksmith. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17071806. Registered office: 2 St Helena Court, Crookbarrow Rd, Norton, Worcester WR5 2DN.

The callback form
If you fill in the form, we collect your name, phone number and car registration.
- Why: to call you back, work out which key or part your car needs, and give you a price.
- Legal basis: taking steps you've asked for before a possible job (contract), and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
- How long we keep it: [TBC, e.g. 12 months if no job goes ahead; for jobs, as long as we need to keep business and tax records, usually 6 years].
Phone calls and call tracking
If you call us from this website or from one of our Google ads, we may use a call tracking service so we can see which ads lead to calls. This can record:
- the number you called from, and the date, time and length of the call;
- which ad, search or web page led to the call.

If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages and any photos you send are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. We only use them to help with your car and give you a price.
Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you're happy for us to use cookies. If you click Reject, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and the site works the same.
- Your cookie choice: we save your Accept or Reject choice in your browser so we don't keep asking. This is needed for the site to work properly.
- Only if you click Accept: Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies, to count visits and see which ads lead to calls or form enquiries. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
To change your mind, use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the home page, or clear cookies in your browser.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We only share it with companies that help us run the business, under contract:
- Google (analytics and advertising, only if you accept cookies);
- our call tracking provider [TBC];
- our website host and form provider [TBC];
- Grafter Media, who manage our website and ads [TBC: confirm].
Some of these companies may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards. [TBC: confirm per provider]
Your rights
